FAQ
Quick answers before trash day.
If your question is not here, send it over. We are building this to be easy for real neighbors, not imaginary perfect customers.
When does Clean Curb Co start service?
Our first route is planned for July 13, 2026. Bookings before then reserve a spot on an upcoming route.
Will I be charged before July 13?
No. Bookings before July 13 are reservation requests only. We will not charge until we are ready to confirm your route day and service details.
How does recurring billing work?
During launch, recurring billing may be handled at the beginning of the applicable service month. Starting August 1, 2026, new bookings are charged at booking, then billed on the same calendar day according to the selected frequency.
Can Clean Curb Co change my billing date?
We reserve the right to adjust billing dates with notice, especially if needed for routing, billing operations, or service scheduling.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bins are empty and accessible, we can handle the cleaning and send an update when it is done.
Do you use my water?
At launch, yes, we may use an exterior water spigot when needed. Water usage is minimal and may be recorded with an inline meter.
What if my bins are full?
Bins need to be empty before service. Full or inaccessible bins may need to be rescheduled.
What happens to wastewater?
We use reasonable efforts to collect, manage, or redirect wastewater when appropriate and avoid intentional discharge into storm drains.
Are your products eco-safe?
We use eco-conscious cleaning products whenever possible and choose practical methods that help reduce odor and grime.
Can I cancel recurring service?
Yes. Keep it simple: reach out before your next planned service and we will help adjust or cancel your recurring service.
Do you clean recycling bins?
Yes. Recycling bins are welcome as long as they are empty.
Do you clean yard waste bins?
Yes, as long as they are empty and safe to clean. If a bin is packed with yard debris, we will need to reschedule.
What if my bin is extra nasty?
Heavy grime, maggots, or extreme buildup may require an additional fee. We will confirm the final price before service.
